Yes! If you are a hostel owner, manager, or property agent with student accommodation in Ghana or West Africa, you can list with us. We verify every listing to maintain quality.
Once onboarding is complete, you are assigned a dedicated representative. They help finalize your listings, optimize pricing structure, and automatically direct booking request notifications to you.
After you submit your onboarding request through our modal, the super admin reviews your ownership documents. Approved properties are indexed and searchable within 24 hours.
Listing and onboarding your property is completely free. We do not charge listing fees. Hostelreserve only takes a small standard commission on successfully finalized tenant bookings.
We require clear photos of the room interior (single/shared), bathrooms, shared kitchen, common area/lounge, and building frontage. Video walkthroughs are highly recommended as they increase booking rates.
