USTED Medical Examination for Fresh Students 2026/2027

The University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (USTED), formerly known as AAMUSTED, has announced the commencement of medical examinations for newly admitted students for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The medical examination is part of the admission and onboarding process for fresh students admitted to the University’s Main Campus in Kumasi.

Medical examinations officially began on Monday, 21 September 2026.

Who Is Required to Attend the Medical Examination?

The appointment system is specifically for fresh students admitted to the USTED Main Campus (Kumasi) for the 2026/2027 academic year.

Students admitted to other campuses should follow the University’s instructions applicable to their respective campus.

How to Book Your USTED Medical Examination Appointment

Fresh students are required to book an appointment before visiting the University Clinic for their medical examination.

To book your appointment:

1. Log in to the appointment system using your Applicant Number and either your First Name or Last Name.
2. Complete the questions provided on each page of the appointment system.
3. Click Next to proceed through the different sections.
4. Select your preferred available appointment date and time.
5. Confirm your appointment details.
6. Visit the USTED University Clinic on the scheduled date and time for your medical examination.

Students are encouraged to carefully check their appointment details before visiting the clinic.

USTED Medical Examination X-Ray Fee

As part of the medical examination, fresh students are required to complete an X-Ray test.

The X-Ray test costs: GHS 125.00

The University states that this fee must be paid at the Revenue Office of the University Clinic.

Students should therefore make provision for the GHS 125 X-Ray fee when preparing to attend their medical appointment.

The medical examinations for newly admitted students commenced on:

If you have already received your admission and are required to complete the medical examination, you should proceed with booking your appointment through the University’s appointment system.

Before going to the University Clinic, make sure you have:

• Your Applicant Number
• The name details required to access the appointment system
• Your confirmed appointment date and time
• The GHS 125 X-Ray fee
• Any admission or identification documents the University may require

Most importantly, do not simply visit the clinic without checking the appointment requirements. The University’s system requires students to select an appointment date and time before attending.
